Land development site

I have decided to start this blog as its the largest development I have embarked upon. So far I have developed 3 houses in the midlands from 3 beds to 6 bed HMOs and those are fully let. Over the last 9 months or so, Joint Property Solutions has been undergoing pre construction activities on a site in Bournemouth. The plan is to demolish a circa 3000sqft detached house and build 4 X 3 bedroom townhouses.
From Feb- Aug 21 , JPS has been enlisting local Employers Agents (I refer to them as project managers), Architects, construction companies, financial brokers and banks to make the deal come together. We are now given a build commencement date and this blog will be updated to show the progress of activities to date.n extending into the loft and rear extension.
