After a 9 month stint from start to finish this has been the first of 3 where we’ve been able to complete the end to end of an all money out deal. Rough financials were:
- Offer price: £140K
- Cost of works: £160K
- Total project cost: £205K (cost of works plus deposit and fees)
- End value: £300k
- Total refinance £243K
